Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
1. This Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their family members of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents or anyone else professionally connected to this promotion.
2. Purchase necessary. Retain proof of purchase showing purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to the date of entry.
3. Internet access required.
Opening/Closing Date & Time
The Promotional Period will open daily at 08.00 GMT to 23.00 GMT (the “Promotional Hours”) from 01.05.25 (the “Opening Date”) until 31.07.25 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received outside the Promotional Hours or after the Closing Date shall not be accepted.
How to Enter
1. To enter: Purchase a Pint, Half Pint or Bottle of Cornish Orchards Gold in outlet and scan the QR code on the promotional materials to visit enter.cornisorchards.co.uk. Confirm age, county of residence and complete the form (including name, age and email address).
2. Maximum of two (2) entries per day, per person, per email address only. Maximum of one (1) prize per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Each entry requires separate proof of purchase. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. If you win one (1) prize, please do not continue to enter the promotion, as you will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
3. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
4. During the Promotional Period, the 202 prizes will be randomly assigned to winning moments via an algorithm with prizes seeded over the Promotional Period. If your time of entry matches the winning moment or you are the first person to enter after the winning moment has passed, then you will be awarded the Prize. There is a total of 202 winning moments available throughout the promotional period. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from that winning moment will be deferred to the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee is given that all prizes will be won during the Promotional Period. All prizes are available to be won. Any prizes unclaimed following the close of the Main Promotional Period will be added into a Mop-Up Draw. See Clause 6 for further information regarding the mop-up draw. See Clause 4 for further information.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The Prizes
1. There are a total of two hundred and two (202) prizes available to be won, consisting of:
  1. Three (3) Cornwall Prize package holidays for two people, two (2) British Summer Time tickets for two people, and one hundred and ninety-seven (197) vouchers. The Cornwall Prize package holiday and BST tickets are for a winner and one guest (both age 18+). See Clause 5 for further prize details.
  2. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of the holiday prize, of equal or greater value.
  3. The prizes are non-transferable. The holiday prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
  4. No additional guests can be added onto the Cornwall Prize Package holiday.
  5. The prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be swapped for an alternative. No cash alternative is offered in respect of any prize.
  6. The Prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Administrator”): Vektor UK Ltd, 6–10 Junction Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 0JD.

Winner Notification – Online Instant Win
1. Winners will be notified instantly via the microsite when they enter, which prize they have won and how to claim it. Non-winning entrants will receive an on-screen message advising they were unsuccessful. Winners must then confirm their name, address and email.
2. All winners will instantly receive a Winning Confirmation Email to the address provided at entry. Entrants should check junk/spam folders. Further details:
  1. Package holiday & BST ticket winners: Must respond within 14 days to confirm date of birth, home address and acceptance, and provide proof of ID (driving licence, passport or equivalent) showing date of birth, plus proof of purchase receipt.
  2. Voucher winners: Must respond within 14 days to confirm eligibility, age, address and acceptance, and provide proof of ID (driving licence, passport or equivalent) showing date of birth, plus proof of purchase receipt.
Mop-Up Prizes: Prize Draw
1. A Mop-Up Draw for all unclaimed prizes will take place on 21/08/25 (the “Draw Date”) via a randomised computer process. All eligible non-winning entries from the Promotional Period will be entered. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days and must respond within 14 days to confirm eligibility and acceptance. If they fail to respond, an alternative winner may be selected. The process repeats monthly for 3 months post-draw; afterwards, unclaimed prizes become null and void.
Winner Prize Delivery
1. All requested details must be provided or the Promoter may reject the claim with no liability.
2. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot assume their prize.
3. Package holiday winner: Prize emailed within 28 days of valid claim and verification.
4. BST ticket winner: Prize emailed by 01/05/2026 if claim is valid and verified.
5. Voucher prize winner: Electronic gift card emailed within 28 days of valid claim and verification.

5. The Promoter will use personal data only for administering the promotion, retaining it for three months post-close (holiday winners’ data deleted upon holiday completion). Participants may request access or corrections via hello@vektor.co.uk.
General
1. The Promoter will publish a list of holiday & BST winners’ surnames and counties upon request for 3 months post-close. Entrants can object or limit disclosure via hello@vektor.co.uk. The Promoter may still disclose to the ASA if required.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries (proof of purchase/ID) and to disqualify or withdraw prizes if rules are breached or fraudulent means are used.
3. Entrants are responsible for providing up-to-date details. The Promoter is not liable for incorrect information affecting prize delivery.
4. If the promotion cannot run as planned (virus, technical failure, fraud, etc.), the Promoter may cancel, modify, suspend or invalidate affected entries.
5. In events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), the Promoter’s liability is limited to minimising participant disappointment.
6. The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from the promotion or prizes, except as required by law.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for internet/network issues or third-party fraud affecting entry.
8. If any clause is held illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in effect.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion; no correspondence will be entered into.
10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or local UK jurisdiction) and are subject to its courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
